• Total Land Area- 35,000 Sq Ft.

Note- There is a bank exposure on all the 3 hotel properties. The ownership is in a company name. We are helping the Client in restructuring the existing liabilities & help them in the exit.

Valuation- The bank valuation for all the 3 hotel properties together is around 450 Crore.

The Ask- For a serious hotel investor, we can close this transaction at 250 Crore (all the 3 hotel properties). This includes the closure of the existing bank liabilities as well.
