European Masterbatch Manufacturer Seeking Acquisition of Indian Companies

A leading European masterbatch manufacturing and distribution company is seeking to acquire India-based masterbatch manufacturers as part of its global expansion and India market entry strategy.

• Looking for Potential Targets anywhere in India in Masterbatch (Colour, Black and White) with Additives, Fillers Masterbatches. Presence in Compounding is complimentary but not preferred.
• Sales / Revenue of the Seller –Minimum INR 80 to 100 Crores with growth
• Profitable and Reasonable EBITDA and PAT Margins
• Manufacturing Capacity – Minimum 10,000 MTPA (More the better)
• Production Facility to have adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental Standards
• Preference – Largely Domestic player plus some exports (ideally in Europe, Africa, etc.)
• Regions – No Specific Location is Desired. West India is preferred due to port proximity
•  Minimum Stake to be acquired – 76% or 100% straight away. A staggered approach can be taken for gradual promoters exit after acquisition of 76%.
