The buyer is looking to fully acquire Eye Hospitals including Super-Speciality eye health centers/clinics/hospitals

• Hospitals/centers/clinics having specialization in cataract, optometric training, institutional eye research centers, etc can be looked at.
• Standalone clinics (single practitioners or more) can also be considered.
• The promoter of the eye center/clinic/hospital must have a strong market position and a good legacy/ reputation in the city they're practicing in.
• Chain of Clinics across different strategic locations in a city can also be looked at.
• Turnover must be more than INR 40 Lakhs per month.
   

Location: Preferably Northern & Western Parts of India. Can also consider South India, if the location is suitable.
