The buyer's objective is to identify and invest in scalable, asset-backed, and compliant businesses within the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) , while remaining open to other high-potential B2B manufacturing sectors. Additionally, it remains open to diversified industrial opportunities such as electrical hardware, lubricants, polymers, and precision engineering components.
Investment Criteria:
1. Preferred Location Pan-India; preference for South, West, and East industrial clusters
2. Business Model Primarily B2B – Manufacturing, Export, or Contract Production
3. Stake Preference Majority or Controlling Interest (Above 51%)
4. Asset Preference Existing plants with regulatory compliance and scalability potential
