The company is looking for unlisted companies that are power generation companies or operate in power adjacent sectors which are/were loss making and still have at least 100 crores of Carry forward losses and unabsorbed depreciation together.
Note the target must qualify as an industrial undertaking under section 72A of the income tax act,1961.
