The company has an operational presence in Bangalore & some other cities in Karnataka as well. The group's current strength (ongoing projects) in Bangalore is mentioned below :

• Residential- 2 Lacs Sq ft
• Commercial- 1.5 Lacs Sq ft
• Retail & Office Space- 1 Million Sq ft
• Hospitality- 100,000 Sq ft
• Land Holdings- 80 acres

The Group's upcoming ventures in Bangalore :

• Whitefield- 8 Acres
• HSR Extension- 50 Acres
• Sarjapur Main Road- 10 Acres
• Bannerghatta Road- 01 Acres

Financials- The company did a turnover of approx. 40 Crores basis the last financial year.

Note- As of now, the company doesn’t have any debt from any financial institutions. The company is seeking the investment either at various project levels or they can also take it at the parent group level as well (basis mutual comfort). They are open to investment models (structuring).

Note:

• The Hosa Road (Township) will give them revenue realization of approximately 700 Cr over a period of 4-5 years and the Sarjapur Main road project (Township) will help them earn approximately 1400 Crore over a period of 6-7 years.
• The ask/ticket size is 100 Cr- 300 Crore in structured manner. The fund will be deployed primarily in these two projects. The enough collateral is available. The Sajapur Main Road Property itself is worth around 700-800 Crore (80-100 acres).

The Ask- The requirement is between 100 Crore- 300 Crore from Investor/Investors or PE Firms active in realty vertical.
