The company specializes in bulk material handling solutions for industries like power, cement, aluminum, steel, and chemicals, and has developed waste-to-green coal technology. With a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Jaipur and a team of 1,950 engineers, the company has strong industry expertise and international clients, including Alstom, NTPC, Adani Power, and Reliance Industries.

JV Opportunity & Requirements:
The company is looking for a JV partner (Indian or foreign) with technical know-how and expertise in Defense, Drone Systems, Anti-Drone Systems, Radar Systems, or Aerospace Manufacturing.

Proposed JV Structure:
50:50 Joint Venture with both partners holding equal shares.

The existing company will provide:

• Manufacturing facility & infrastructure
• Initial investment of INR 100 Crores

The partner should bring:

• Technical know-how & industry expertise
• Initial investment of INR 100 Crores
• Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing

Note: Further investments may be infused as required.

• Reputed company (preferably from Europe/US)
• Strong financials & profitability
• Partner should already be involved in manufacturing of defence and aerospace products like Drones, Anti Drones, Radars, Aircraft etc
