• Industrial water and waste-water management services company
• Preferred location – Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh (M.P), Tamil Nadu
• Revenue > euro 1 million (~ INR 10 crores) and up to euro 40 million ( ~ INR 300 crores )
• EBITDA > 10 %
• Not interested in companies involved mostly in Municipal and similar government-related projects
• Private company and not listed company
• Revenues mainly from services and not from the manufacturing of equipment
• Strong execution team
