It is a flagship company of a multi-billion USD Indian multinational conglomerate group and they manufacture an extensive array of critical and safety components for several sectors including Automobiles (across Commercial & Passenger Vehicle), Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Defense, Locomotives, Marine, Energy (across renewable and non-renewable sources), Construction, Mining and General Engineering across the globe.

• They have the largest repository of metallurgical knowledge in the region and offers full-service supply capability to its geographically dispersed marquee customers from concept to product design, engineering, manufacturing, testing and validation.
• Company has capacity for producing 120000 LMT of ductile iron (DI) castings annually & have the DISA high pressure moulding lines to achieve a high throughput.

Target brief:

The company is looking to potentially acquire casting (aluminum/steel) &/forging businesses PAN India on below eligibility criteria:

• Minimum turnover of INR 200 Cr & above annually
• Own Plant & Machinery and Premise
• Promoter willing to support for operations & smooth transition of business
• Up to date Statutory laws Complied (All Central & State Govt laws)
