Buyer Seeking Acquisition of Plastic Recycling Companies Across India

The buyer is a distinguished pioneer in India’s plastic recycling industry with deep expertise in waste management, circular economy solutions, and large-scale recycling operations, is actively pursuing and looking to acquire an entity to further strengthen its presence in the recycling industry.

The target company may operate in any segment of plastic recycling - such as LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, ABS, HIPS, engineering plastics, or mixed-plastic recovery - excluding PET-based recycling. Companies with established sourcing networks, recycling lines or value-added recycled product manufacturing will be of particular interest.

The buyer aims to expand its portfolio of recycled materials, enhance backward integration, and build a fully diversified circular economy company covering multiple plastic categories. This strategic move will enable them to leverage operational synergies, increase production capacity, and strengthen their leadership in the Indian recycling value chain.
